Food & Me Hillingdon is a therapeutic project supporting young people aged 14–25 who may be struggling with disordered eating.
Delivered by CB Plus through the Young People Thrive service, Food & Me recognises how culture, race, identity and social pressures shape our relationship with food and body image, particularly within global majority communities where eating struggles are often overlooked or misunderstood.

How to Get Support
Aged 16 and over?
You can self-refer to STRIDES, Hillingdon’s specialist support and recovery service for disordered eating.
STRIDES offers tailored support for individuals aged 16–35. If you’re 16+, you can fill in their self-referral form online by clicking the button below.
Aged 14–15?
If you’re under 16 and experiencing signs of disordered eating, the first step is to speak to your GP. They can carry out a physical health assessment and refer you to the most appropriate support.
If necessary, your GP can refer you to the Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS) for children and young people under 17.
