Prioritise Safeguarding with Our Reliable DBS Services for Your Organisation.

If your group or organisation works with children or vulnerable adults, it may be necessary for paid staff and volunteers to undergo Disclosure and Barring Service checks (formerly known as CRB checks). DBS checks help organisations from the public, private, and voluntary sectors make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work areas, especially those involving contact with children or other vulnerable members of society.

What are DBS Checks?

DBS checks are background checks that help organisations identify past criminal activity that could make a candidate unsuitable for a particular role. They are necessary for anyone working with children or vulnerable adults, and even some positions that don’t require direct contacts, such as finance or IT, may still need a DBS check.
