CB Plus is actively involved in several national organisations to connect local community organisations with the central government and lead campaigns for the needs of community organisations and local people.

We are members of NAVCA, NCVO, Locality, VCSEP, and Healthwatch England. We contribute to these organisations by presenting at their forums, participating in campaigns and activities, and holding steering group positions.

Based in London, we are members of several prominent networks, including London Plus, the London Community Emergency Partnership, the Thrive London Economic Development Forum, and London Giving.

We actively promote infrastructure organisations’ work, escalating issues of concern and facilitating a cost-of-living task group. Additionally, as the London Lead for the national and London Emergency Partnership, CB Plus has played a vital role in attending pan-London forums and supporting individuals to access grants.

For over 40 years, our organisation has been dedicated to building strong local communities, starting in the London Borough of Barnet and expanding to seven other boroughs.

Our diverse team has many staff and volunteers who are local to the boroughs we operate in. We prioritise collaboration with local community organisations and residents with lived experience, working closely with borough-based partnerships and forums. Our goal is to provide infrastructure services and promote community action, creating thriving communities that are connected and empowered.
