We’re pleased to share the CB Plus Annual Report for 2023–2025, reflecting on two years of meaningful work supporting communities across London. This report highlights the programmes, partnerships and achievements that have helped us continue our mission of strengthening communities and improving lives.
Over the past two years, CB Plus has worked across seven London boroughs, collaborating with more than 700 voluntary, community and faith-based organisations. Together, we have reached nearly 2.4 million people, delivering services that respond to local needs while creating long-term, sustainable change.
Supporting wellbeing and early intervention
A key focus of our work during this period has been early intervention and prevention, particularly in mental health and wellbeing. Through initiatives such as the Barnet Wellbeing Service, Young People Thrive, and Enfield Connections, we have supported thousands of residents with practical advice, emotional support and community-based services.
These programmes help people access the right support earlier, reducing pressure on statutory services and empowering individuals to take control of their wellbeing.

Working in partnership
Collaboration remains at the heart of everything we do. By working closely with community groups, charities, local authorities and health partners, we have been able to design and deliver services that reflect the lived experiences of the communities we serve.
Our partnerships have also enabled us to lead and contribute to campaigns that tackle key issues including health inequalities, suicide prevention, cancer awareness and digital exclusion.
Building stronger communities
Beyond direct services, CB Plus continues to support grassroots organisations and community leaders. Through training, funding support and organisational development, we help local groups build the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive.
This work strengthens the voluntary and community sector, ensuring communities themselves play a central role in shaping solutions to the challenges they face.

Looking ahead
While the challenges facing communities remain significant, the past two years have shown the power of collaboration, community leadership and preventative support.
We are incredibly grateful to our staff, volunteers, trustees, partners and funders whose dedication makes this work possible. Their commitment continues to inspire us as we look ahead to the next chapter of CB Plus.
