The COVID-19 pandemic illuminated the pressing issue of Digital Poverty, prompting CB Plus to launch a campaign to collect unused tech and partner with 4Way Solutions to distribute digital resources, addressing immediate local needs without cost.

Our recent donation of 30 Chromebooks to Whittings Hill Primary School was celebrated by Cllr Zahra Beg and our team. Deepa Samani, the school’s headteacher, and thrilled Year 6 students highlighted the donation’s significance, foreseeing enriched learning experiences.

Cllr Beg praised our focus on equality, echoed by Julie Pal, our CEO, emphasising the impact on transforming education. Deepa Samani also gave us a tour of the school, which resulted in cheers and gratitude from the children, portraying the heartwarming impact of our donation.

Helen Harte, our Head of Business Development, emphasised collaboration’s power in local initiatives, urging support to combat Digital Poverty. We aim to aid more schools and families seeking contributions due to current resource limitations.

CB Plus is working on additional donations to support local primary schools, a hospital school, and low-income families. Currently, their resources are limited. Those interested in contributing to this vital cause are encouraged to get in touch. Join us in making a meaningful difference!
