Bridging the Care Gap Together: Join Us in Empowering Communities on World Cancer Day 2024
As we are approaching World Cancer Day on February 4th, we’re excited to share our involvement in the North Central London Cancer Alliance campaign. Aligned with World Cancer Day’s theme of ‘Closing The Care Gap,’ this initiative is dedicated to boosting cancer awareness and screening efforts in our community. The grant we’ve received is specifically tailored to enhance awareness of cancer signs, encourage screening attendance, and underscore the critical importance of early diagnosis.
In honour of World Cancer Day, we’re hosting a dedicated Cancer Awareness event at Hub Connections this February 2024. This event aims to educate and raise awareness. We take pride in collaborating with charity partners like New Citizens Gateway, Centre of Excellence, and Meridian Wellbeing, ensuring a diverse representation from our community.
