Supporting Londoners to Improve Financial and Mental Wellbeing

Money worries can affect every part of life. Struggling with debt, worrying about how to make ends meet, or feeling unsure about benefits can impact your mental health, strain relationships, and make it harder to enjoy everyday moments.

We’re here to help.

Delivered by CB Plus and funded by Thrive LDN, this campaign raises awareness of the link between financial wellbeing and mental health, encourages early access to support, and helps break the stigma around talking about money. Through practical advice, free resources, and opportunities to connect with trusted local organisations, we’re here to help Londoners feel more confident, informed, and in control of both their finances and their wellbeing.
